Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the company and its services.
  • Schedule appointments for employees and management.
  • Manage and update appointment calendars.
  • Update employee directories and contact lists.
  • Keep employees informed of important announcements and updates.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, receiving visitors, and managing administrative duties.


Qualifications Requested:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor in interacting with visitors and employees.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Comfortable with basic office software and email systems.
