Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products or services.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products or services meet established standards.
- Provide support to customers regarding order status, delivery, and other operational inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage specific operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate resources and activities to achieve project goals.
Qualifications Requested:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in operations management or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry relevant to the company.
- Experience in implementing and managing quality control measures.
- Ability to evaluate vendor performance and make informed decisions.
- Strong customer service orientation with experience in addressing customer inquiries and issues.
